I have a new layout of our new kitten to share with you today. After the loss of our 18-year old cat Teezer this month, we decided to get a new kitten and found this beautiful grey tabby, who we have named Sherlock. I took this picture of Sherlock on the day we brought him home and couldn't wait to scrap it - he is such a little sweetie! I am playing along with the challenge on the 13 Arts blog this month and used 13 Arts All is Love papers and lots of mediums to create this layout!
The 13 Arts Challenge was to use two different stamps, two different mediums and this sketch:
I kept my layout pretty close to the sketch and used Molding Paste with a Prima 12 x 12 stencil, Luminarte Sparkling H2O watercolours (background), black mist, soft lead artist pencil and three different Prima stamps designed by Finnabair. Here are some close-ups of the different elements included on the layout.
And here is a close-up of the photo cluster - so can you can see just how sweet our little Sherlock is!
I also used this layout to kick off my team's Round Robin this month at the Scraps of Darkness Forum!
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today! I appreciate your visits and comments so much!
What a little cutie! Fabulous page, Sarah!
ReplyDeleteThis is gorgeous . I love this little cutie )))
ReplyDeleteHow adorable, I love kittens at this young age when coupled with their pointy little ears their head almost looks as big as their body and having one during the holidays running under the tree and around the presents and a couple even climbed our Christmas tree before, lol. Love the (looks like) glass or acrylic domes with stringart under them.
ReplyDeleteAmazing layout.I love it. Thank you for playing with 13 arts.XOXO
